The booking data – only the period – are also sent to our partner Practicmagazin SRL, which acts as a personal data controller, offering the reservation service 5StarDesk.com, but also to New Hotel Invest SRL, which manages Hotel Stil Old Town and Rossimo Real Estate SRL, wich manages Ecletico Villa.
Your personal data is also taken from Google, TripAdvisor, Booking platforms and displayed on the site, if you have left reviews on these platforms about our hotel.
Your personal data for browsing history is transmitted to our partners described in the cookie policy. Please see the description of these partners on this page.

5. How long we keep personal data
Your personal data contained in messages will be retained for one year from the last communication, unless you become our customer.
Your personal data from reservations will be kept for three months after the booking date based on the legitimate interest of M&T MARKET TRADE PROFESSIONALS SRL to ensure that everything went well, after which they will be destroyed.
Your personal data within the newsletter will be kept for a period of 5 years or until you choose to withdraw your consent.
Your online activity data will be kept for the lifetime of the cookies or until you decide to delete the cookies.
