Trade Professionals SRL, New Hotel Invest SRL \u0219i Rossimo Real Estate SRL.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Stil N Hotel****, Stil Old Town *** din Bucuresti.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>DURATA PROGRAMULUI<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programul de loialitate are durat\u0103 nelimitat\u0103. Grupul In Stil Hotels are dreptul s\u0103 hot\u0103rasc\u0103 \u00een orice moment \u00eencetarea sau modificarea programului de loialitate.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen\u015ftiin\u0163area referitoare la \u00eencetarea Programului de loialitate va fi afi\u015fat\u0103 de In Stil Hotels cu cel pu\u021bin 30 zile \u00eenainte de data \u00eencet\u0103rii acestuia, la sediul societ\u0103tilor, \u00eentr-un loc vizibil,\u00a0 precum \u015fi pe site-ul instilhotels.ro. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/instilhotels.ro\/ro\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">instilhotels.ro<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> site-ul web.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programul de\u00a0 fidelizare\u00a0 se\u00a0 va\u00a0 desf\u0103\u015fura\u00a0 \u00een\u00a0 conformitate\u00a0 cu\u00a0 prevederile\u00a0 prezentului Regulament.<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><br \/><br \/><br \/><\/p><p><b>CONDITII DE PARTICIPARE<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poate fi membru al Programului de loialitate orice turist, persoana fizic\u0103 sau juridic\u0103, av\u00e2nd minim 18 ani \u00eemplini\u0163i care a beneficiat de serviciile de cazare intr-unul din hoteluri, minim 1 noapte.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beneficiarul este obligat s\u0103 furnizeze toate datele necesare pentru completarea integral\u0103 a datelor necesare in cadrul unui formular inmanat la receptia hotelului, respectiv: nume, prenume, dat\u0103 na\u015ftere, num\u0103r telefon mobil, adres\u0103 de\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 email \u0219i semn\u0103tur\u0103.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formularul nesemnat sau ce con\u021bine date incomplete sau eronate nu este valid, ceea ce atrage dup\u0103 sine imposibilitatea beneficierii de discounturi acordate conform programului de loialitate.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dup\u0103 semnarea Formularului \u0219i predarea acestuia c\u0103tre personalul de la recep\u021bie, acesta se\u00a0 salveaz\u0103 \u00een format electronic \u0219i se va transmite un cod unic de discount \u00een format fizic sub form\u0103 de card sau prin po\u0219ta electronica sau sms, oferind acces la discount pentru urmatoarea achizitie de servicii turstice in cadrul hotelurilor.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Codurile de discount sunt disponibile clien\u0163ilor \u00een mod gratuit, pe loc, ca urmare a efectu\u0103rii sejurului, \u00een schimbul complet\u0103rii \u015fi semn\u0103rii Formularului de \u00censcriere \u00een Programul de loialitate.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>MECANISMUL PROGRAMULUI<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beneficiarilor Programului de fidelitate li se vor acorda discounturi diferen\u021biate aplicate in func\u021bie de num\u0103rul de nop\u021bi petrecute \u00een cadrul hotelurilor prin receptia\u00a0hotelului\/birou marketing \u0219i se aplic\u0103 doar la tarifele\/pachetele de receptie (pre\u021b de baz\u0103):<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BRONZ \u2013 5%: se acord\u0103 turistilor care au beneficiat de serviciile de cazare \u00een cadrul hotelului minim 5 nopti;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SILVER \u2013 10%: se acord\u0103 turi\u0219tilor care au petrecut \u00eentre 11 \u0219i 20 nop\u021bi in cadrul hotelurilor;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GOLD \u2013 15%: se acorda turistilor care au petrecut \u00eentre 21 si 30 nopti in cadrul hotelurilor;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VIP \u2013 20%: se acorda turi\u0219tilor care au beneficiat de serviciile de cazare minim 31 nopti.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* fiecare nivel de loialitate \u00ee\u0219i p\u0103streaz\u0103 valabilitatea pe perioada nedeterminat\u0103 sau p\u00e2n\u0103 la noi modific\u0103ri ale regulamentului, daca se \u00eendepline\u0219te num\u0103rul minim de nop\u021bi men\u021bionat la fiecare nivel \u00een parte. Daca \u00een termen de 24 luni, turistul nu acumuleaz\u0103 num\u0103rul minim de nop\u021bi aferent fiec\u0103rui nivel \u00een parte, nivelul s\u0103u de loialitate va cobor\u00ee automat la nivelul inferior, \u00eensemn\u00e2nd si diminuarea reducerii conform noului statut.<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Codurile au dubla utilizare, fiind individuale dar \u0219i transmisibile.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cardul poate fi transmisibil (poate fi utilizat \u0219i de o alt\u0103 persoan\u0103 dec\u00e2t titularul) \u0219i se va aplica discountul \u00een func\u021bie de num\u0103rul de nop\u021bi cumulat de c\u0103tre titular.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>FOLOSIREA CODULUI DE LOIALITATE<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posesorul Codului de loialitate \u00ee\u015fi asum\u0103 \u00eentreaga responsabilitate privind orice problem\u0103 care poate s\u0103 apar\u0103 \u00een legatur\u0103 cu utilizarea beneficiilor Cardului de fidelitate de c\u0103tre alte persoane.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru a beneficia de discount, beneficiarul va trebui s\u0103 anun\u0163e c\u0103 este integrat \u00een programul de loialitate \u015fi s\u0103 prezinte Codul de loialitate la recep\u021bia hotelului \u00een prealabil achit\u0103rii serviciilor.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen cazul \u00een care Participantul nu este \u00een posesia Codului de loialitate, nu se va putea acorda\u00a0 discount la pachetul achizi\u021bionat.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turistul poate beneficia de discountul de loialitate, nefiind aplicabil \u00een cazul serviciilor suplimentare pentru care opteaz\u0103 \u00een timpul sejurului. Discountul acordat se aplic\u0103 din pre\u021bul de recep\u021bie (pre\u021b de baz\u0103) conform codului de loialitate \u0219i nu se poate cumula cu alte discounturi oferite la acela\u0219i pachet\/ofert\u0103,\u00a0 situa\u021bie \u00een care se poate opta pentru discountul cel mai avantajos (ex. oferte last minute, early booking, vouchere de discount pentru anumite oferte speciale etc).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dac\u0103 un cod de loialitate a fost furat sau pierdut, evenimentul trebuie anun\u0163at \u00een maxim 24 de ore la recep\u021bia hotelurilor, \u00een vederea anularii codului aflat \u00eentr-una dintre aceste situa\u021bii. \u00cen caz contrar, Participantul \u00ee\u015fi asum\u0103 orice utilizare ilegal\u0103 a codului de loialitate pierdut sau furat. Odat\u0103 cu \u00een\u015ftiin\u0163area, se vor comunica numele \u0219i prenumele, telefonul \u0219i data na\u0219terii ale titularului.<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><br \/><\/p><p><b>ACORDAREA DE RELA\u021aII CU PRIVIRE LA FUNC\u021aIONAREA CARDURILOR<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beneficiarii de Programului de Loialitate pot ob\u0163ine informa\u0163ii referitoare la func\u0163ionarea \u015fi folosirea codului de loialitate apel\u00e2nd Receptia Stil Hotel**** la numarul de telefon 0772.029.192. Tot la acest num\u0103r, beneficiarul Codului va anun\u0163a f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eentarziere orice schimbare a datelor personale comunicate prin Formularul de \u00censcriere \u015fi, de asemenea, va anun\u0163a pierderea sau furtul codului de loialitate.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen scopul protej\u0103rii datelor personale ale Beneficiarilor la Programul de loialitate, In Stil Hotels va solicita informa\u0163ii \u0219i date cu caracter personal pentru a stabili identitatea beneficiarului.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>PROTEC\u021aIA DATELOR CU CARACTER PERSONAL<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prin semnarea Formularului de \u00censcriere, Beneficiarii sunt de acord cu prevederile prezentului Regulament. Prin semnarea Formularului de \u00censcriere, Beneficiarul \u00ee\u015fi exprim\u0103\u00a0 consim\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul expres pentru \u00eenscrierea datelor cu caracter personal \u00een baza de date a grupului In Stil Hotels, precum \u015fi pentru prelucrarea acestor date \u00een concordanta cu Politica de confidentialitate.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>LITIGII<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eventualele litigii ap\u0103rute \u00eentre SC M&amp;T MARKET &amp; TRADE PROFESSIONALS SRL.
