Trade Professionals SRL, New Hotel Invest SRL y Rossimo Real Estate SRL.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- Stil N Hotel****, Stil Old Town *** de Bucarest.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>DURACI\u00d3N DEL PROGRAMA<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El programa de fidelidad tiene una duraci\u00f3n ilimitada. In Stil Hotels Group tiene derecho a decidir en cualquier momento la finalizaci\u00f3n o modificaci\u00f3n del programa de fidelizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El aviso relativo a la finalizaci\u00f3n del Programa de Fidelizaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 expuesto por Hoteles In Stil al menos 30 d\u00edas antes de la fecha de su finalizaci\u00f3n en la sede de la empresa, en un lugar visible, as\u00ed como en <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/instilhotels.ro\/es\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">instilhotels.ro<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sitio web.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El programa de fidelizaci\u00f3n se llevar\u00e1 a cabo de acuerdo con las condiciones del presente Reglamento.<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><br \/><br \/><br \/><\/p><p><b>Inscripci\u00f3n en el programa<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puede ser miembro del Programa de Fidelidad cualquier turista mayor de 18 a\u00f1os que se haya beneficiado de los servicios de alojamiento en uno de los hoteles durante al menos 1 noche.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El beneficiario est\u00e1 obligado a rellenar los datos requeridos en un formulario entregado en la recepci\u00f3n del hotel, respectivamente: nombre, apellidos, fecha de nacimiento, n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono, direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico y firma.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El formulario no firmado o que contenga datos incompletos o si los datos no son v\u00e1lidos, conlleva la imposibilidad de beneficiarse de los descuentos concedidos seg\u00fan el programa de fidelidad.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tras firmar el Formulario y entregarlo al personal de recepci\u00f3n, se guardar\u00e1 en formato electr\u00f3nico y se entregar\u00e1 un c\u00f3digo de descuento \u00fanico en formato f\u00edsico como tarjeta o por correo electr\u00f3nico o SMS, que dar\u00e1 acceso al descuento para la pr\u00f3xima compra de servicios de alojamiento en los hoteles.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los c\u00f3digos de descuento est\u00e1n a disposici\u00f3n de los clientes de forma gratuita, in situ, como resultado de la estancia, a cambio de cumplimentar y firmar el Formulario de Inscripci\u00f3n al Programa de Fidelizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>VENTAJAS DEL PROGRAMA<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A los beneficiarios del Programa de Fidelizaci\u00f3n se les conceder\u00e1n descuentos diferenciados aplicados en funci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de noches pasadas en los hoteles para cualquier reserva realizada a trav\u00e9s de la recepci\u00f3n del hotel\/oficina de marketing y el descuento se aplicar\u00e1 \u00fanicamente a las tarifas\/paquetes de recepci\u00f3n (precio base):<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BRONCE - 5%: se concede a los turistas que han disfrutado de servicios de alojamiento en el hotel durante al menos 5 noches;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PLATA - 10%: se concede a los turistas que han pasado entre 11 y 20 noches en hoteles;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ORO - 15%: se concede a los turistas que han pasado entre 21 y 30 noches en hoteles;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VIP - 20%: se concede a los turistas que se han beneficiado de los servicios de alojamiento durante al menos 31 noches.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* cada nivel de fidelidad sigue siendo v\u00e1lido indefinidamente o hasta nuevos cambios en la normativa, si se cumple el n\u00famero m\u00ednimo de noches mencionado en cada nivel. Si, en un plazo de 24 meses, el turista no acumula el n\u00famero m\u00ednimo de noches relacionado con cada nivel individual, su nivel de fidelidad descender\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente al nivel inferior, lo que significa tambi\u00e9n la reducci\u00f3n del descuento de acuerdo con el nuevo estatuto.<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><br \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los c\u00f3digos tienen un doble uso, ya que son individuales pero tambi\u00e9n transmisibles.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La tarjeta puede ser transferible (tambi\u00e9n puede ser utilizada por una persona distinta del titular) y el descuento se aplicar\u00e1 en funci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de noches acumuladas por el titular.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>UTILIZACI\u00d3N DEL C\u00d3DIGO DE FIDELIDAD<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El titular del C\u00f3digo de fidelidad asume toda la responsabilidad por cualquier problema que pueda surgir en relaci\u00f3n con el uso de los beneficios de la Tarjeta de fidelidad por parte de otras personas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para beneficiarse del descuento, el beneficiario deber\u00e1 anunciar que est\u00e1 integrado en el programa de fidelidad y presentar el C\u00f3digo de Fidelidad en la recepci\u00f3n del hotel antes de abonar los servicios.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si el Participante no est\u00e1 en posesi\u00f3n del C\u00f3digo de Fidelidad, no se conceder\u00e1 ning\u00fan descuento por el paquete adquirido.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El turista puede beneficiarse del descuento de fidelidad, no siendo aplicable en el caso de servicios adicionales optados durante la estancia. El descuento concedido se aplica a partir del precio de recepci\u00f3n (precio base) seg\u00fan el c\u00f3digo de fidelidad y no puede combinarse con otros descuentos ofrecidos para el mismo paquete\/oferta, en cuyo caso puede optar por el descuento m\u00e1s ventajoso (por ejemplo, ofertas de \u00faltima hora, reserva anticipada, vales de descuento para determinadas ofertas especiales, etc.).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En caso de robo o p\u00e9rdida de un c\u00f3digo de fidelidad, deber\u00e1 anunciarse el hecho en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 24 horas en la recepci\u00f3n del hotel, con el fin de anular el c\u00f3digo encontrado en una de estas situaciones. En caso contrario, el Participante asume cualquier uso ilegal del c\u00f3digo de fidelidad perdido o robado. Junto con la notificaci\u00f3n, se comunicar\u00e1 el nombre y apellidos del titular, su n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono y su fecha de nacimiento.<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><br \/><\/p><p><b>CONCESI\u00d3N DE RELACIONES RELATIVAS AL FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LAS TARJETAS<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los beneficiarios del Programa de Fidelizaci\u00f3n pueden obtener informaci\u00f3n sobre el funcionamiento y el uso del c\u00f3digo de fidelizaci\u00f3n llamando a Recepci\u00f3n Stil Hotel**** al n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono 0772.029.192. Tambi\u00e9n en este n\u00famero, el beneficiario del C\u00f3digo anunciar\u00e1 sin demora cualquier cambio en los datos personales comunicados a trav\u00e9s del Formulario de Inscripci\u00f3n y anunciar\u00e1 asimismo la p\u00e9rdida o robo del c\u00f3digo de fidelidad.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con el fin de proteger los datos personales de los Beneficiarios del Programa de Fidelizaci\u00f3n, Hoteles In Stil solicitar\u00e1 informaci\u00f3n y datos personales para establecer la identidad del beneficiario.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>PROTECCI\u00d3N DE DATOS PERSONALES<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al firmar el Formulario de Inscripci\u00f3n, los Beneficiarios aceptan las disposiciones del presente Reglamento. Al firmar el Formulario de Inscripci\u00f3n, el Beneficiario expresa su consentimiento para el registro de datos personales en la base de datos del grupo In Stil Hotels, as\u00ed como para el tratamiento de dichos datos de conformidad con la Pol\u00edtica de Privacidad.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>CONTROVERSIAS<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cualquier disputa entre SC M&amp;T MARKET &amp; TRADE PROFESSIONALS SRL. SC New Hotel Invest SRL, SC Rossimo Real Estate SRL y los Beneficiarios de este Programa de fidelidad se resolver\u00e1n de forma amistosa o, si esto no fuera posible, las disputas ser\u00e1n resueltas por los tribunales competentes en la sede de SC M&amp;T MARKET &amp; TRADE PROFESSIONALS SRL, SC New Hotel Invest SRL, SC Rossimo Real Estate SRL.<\/span><\/p><p><b>SC M&amp;T MARKET &amp; TRADE PROFESSIONALS SRL<\/b><\/p><p><b>IVA: RO12476033<\/b><\/p><p><b>Reg.
